The EULA popup You need to get this popup and click I ACCEPT. If you don't see this popup then you need to disable your adblocker OR use another browser.
Accept the EULA In the server dashboard, look to the lower-left corner and click on "Files" Search for the eula.txt and open the file.
Check the EULA status If the EULA status is "True" you're good to go! If it is something like "False", set it on True and (re)start your server.
